Repair centre
Schaffers’ Equipment Repairs Ltd. is an International Associate Dealer. We are ready to carry out all your International service, recall and warranty work with our fully qualified technicians. You do not have to feel left out if you drive a Mack, Freightliner, Western Star, Peterbilt, Sterling, Hino, Volvo, Kenworth or GM as we will service or fix it with just the same quality service.
You can have your regular scheduled maintenance performed here at Schaffers, to keep your truck operating at peek efficiency. All your repairs, either a major repair or a minor adjustment will be performed by our team of Certified Technicians. Schaffers’ Equipment Repairs can also arrange for laser wheel/axle alignments to be done in our shop.

Custom Hoses
If your hose goes, Schaffers’ Equipment Repairs Ltd. can save your day with custom made hoses, whether for water, air or high pressure hydraulic. Our press can handle compression fittings up to 2” diameter. If you can’t find the right hose/tube fitting come see us, as we have a large selection of fittings.

U-Bolt Bending
Do not get bent out of shape over broken U-bolts. Schaffers’ Equipment Repairs Ltd. can custom make you a new U-bolt. We can make your U-bolts from 3/8” to 1” diameter rod and install them for you.

Schaffers’ Equipment Repairs Ltd. is a Government of Canada Licensed Facility for testing, inspection and repair of your; Fuel Tanks, MC306, TC306, MC406, TC, 406, TC407, TC307, TC412, TC412, TC350 designated highway and portable cargo tanks. The Schaffers' team can repair and install hose reels, valves, and repair or fabricate pipes to B-620 standards.
